Las Vegas vacation packages for almost anyone
Although millions and millions of Americans are drawn to Las Vegas each year, few of them have a very good impression of it. It is kind of ironic. Las Vegas is seen as one of those cesspools of corruption and dissipation. Most people do not have a very savory, family-friendly image of Las Vegas vacations: you can't support it, and yet you cannot look away. Nonetheless, the truth of the matter is very different from this. There are Las Vegas vacation packages for almost anyone. Sure, a lot of people who go there take a Las Vegas vacation for the sole purpose of gambling and seeing sleazy night shows, but there is more to Vegas than this. No matter what your pleasure, Las Vegas can surely deliver.
When my wife recently proposed Las Vegas vacations as a possibility, I got almost shocked. You see, we have always been the family-friendly vacations kind. We have been to Bible camp, Disney World – you name it, and if it is G-rated we have done it. After all, now that we have children, raising them healthy God-fearing is our greatest priority. Nonetheless, my wife was pretty adamant about her Las Vegas vacations proposal. She has a sister-in-law who loves Vegas. She goes to our church, and she says Vegas is not like we think it is. She said that, as long as it is well supervised, a Las Vegas vacation can be a great time for the whole family.
I really don't know how my wife convinced me that Las Vegas vacations were a good idea, but I am glad that she did. It turns out that it was one of the best vacations our family ever had. There are great shows for children, as well as room service for the grown-ups! I even enjoyed a few massages, and several hours in the hot tub. It was really sensational. You see, even the low priced hotels are designed to offer every service imaginable. Las Vegas vacations, unfortunately, do cost a fair amount of money, but it is worth it. Your family will have a great time, and there is more than enough for everyone to do. I'm not saying that I want to go there every year – Las Vegas is a bit overwhelming. Nonetheless, I think this is gonna be far from the last Las Vegas vacation that we have had.

You Travel Now: Key West Florida
Hope you enjoy this John Petersons' article on Key West Florida
By John Petersons
You can't go further south than the Florida Keys in America without dropping into the sea. Key West Florida is a favorite place to go for tourists, people who want to winter in the sun and fishing enthusiasts. The mild climate is very appealing and it has some interesting cultural connections too. The port is very busy with the coming and going of cruise ships. There is a wet season, which occurs from May until October, and thunderstorms are common during this period. Hurricanes are also frequent, the most severe one being Hurricane Wilma in 2005, which caught the attention of the world's news media.
There is plenty to do here and most visitors like to explore the Old Town, either on bicycle or walking. There are boat excursions and charters for deep-sea fishing. Guided tours are also available with information given on the history and architecture of Key West Florida.
Creative people have made homes in this area over the years, the two most famous being the writers Tennessee Williams and Earnest Hemingway. Hemingway also wrote here, in addition to drinking at Sloppy Joe's Bar and indulging in his favorite hobby: fishing. His former home is now a museum dedicated to his life, work and time spent in Key West Florida. Williams wrote some of his works here and his name is given to the local performing arts theatre.
The natural world and local species are celebrated at the Key West Botanical Forest and Garden. These botanical gardens display a range of palms, trees and shrubs. The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory has a glass domed building that houses tropical butterflies in their typical environment. The area conjures up romantic images of smuggling and storms on the high seas and the Mel Fisher Maritime Museum has exhibits of treasure salvaged from shipwrecks, including pieces of silver and gold. The local lighthouse was built in 1847 and its history is told at the Key West Lighthouse and Keeper's Quarters Museum.
There are a number of annual events on the island's calendar including the International Boat Regatta held in January. Competitors from all over the world come to race at this event in the different sailing classes. In October, the very colorful Fantasy Fest takes place. This ten-day extravaganza is a celebration by the gay community of Key West Florida and there are parades, drag queen contests and balls. There is a serious side to the frivolity as a lot of money is raised for AIDS charities.

Enjoy Nappa Valley Wine Tours
By Thomas Baker
I've got to get out to California some day! I hear the sun and sand are phenomenal. Since a couple of my closest buddies reside in the southern area, it certainly would make sense to visit. However, I have to say that I'm really stoked about the Napa Valley wine tours. This is one of the few things in California that I truly want to take advantage of. The funny part of it is that I'm really a beer drinker. My partner on the other hand is a wine fanatic. She's been wanting to take a wine tour for many years now, but has never gotten around to it. It's difficult when you live clear across the nation. I guess you could say she has got me stoked about the tour as well. It's funny how relationships work that way.
When you reside far from the sunny beach state, something as simple as a wine tour sounds awesome. For all the locals I'm sure Napa Valley wine tours are not so exciting. It basically comes down to how tangible it is for someone. Since I don't really have easy access to Napa Valley wine tours and maybe it's how they're presented on television and in ads, it makes me crave one even more. They make them look so classic, relaxing and informative. I can picture my wife and I kicking back in a fancy B&B, sipping on a couple glasses of fancy Merlot, fresh off the vine. Doesn't that sound romantic and serene in a way? I would have to assume that Napa Valley wine tours would be ideal for honeymoons and couple getaways. Picture a place where you could explore old-fashioned vineyards, soak up the California sun, and test some of the finest wines on the planet.
Well, if you've never considered Napa Valley wine tours in the past, I'll be willing to bet cash that you're pondering them now. Once you've heard the benefits, it's a bit difficult to push the notion out of your mind. It's kind of like being brain-washed. Hey, it worked on me. Now I just have to find the equivalent of Napa Valley wine tours, only with beer. Then it will be my turn to dangle the gold watch in front of my wife's eyes. She'll be stoked about that beer tour in no time flat.
